One address, read by the people who build and validate what is on this site. There is no phone tree and no ticket portal — that is not because we are hard to reach, but because adding layers would slow down the only thing that matters here: getting a correct answer back to you.
We answer in English and Chinese. If your question is about a specific strategy or measurement, including the page URL gets you a faster and more precise reply.
What to write about
| Account, billing and access | Subscription changes, invoices, login problems and quota questions. |
|---|---|
| Corrections and challenges | If a number on this site looks wrong, tell us. We would rather fix a published figure than defend it. Include the page URL and, if you have one, the measurement you are comparing against. |
| Methodology questions | How a specific check is computed, what a metric means, or why a strategy was flagged. We will point you at the exact definition rather than paraphrase it. |
| Data and coverage | Which instruments and timeframes we currently support, and what was delisted and why. |
| Press and partnerships | Anything that is not support. A sentence about who you are and what you need is enough. |
What we cannot help with
- We cannot tell you whether to buy or sell anything, and we will not answer questions phrased that way.
- We cannot manage an account, hold funds, or trade on anyone's behalf. This is a research platform; execution happens on your own broker account.
- We cannot promise a return, and we will not adjust a published number because someone would prefer a different one.
Before you write
Several common questions already have detailed answers published. If your question is about how we measure something or why a strategy was flagged, these pages may answer it faster than we can:
- Methodology — how each measurement is computed and what the thresholds are.
- Transparency report — live counts of how many of our own strategies we rejected.
- English guides — plain-language explainers on drawdown, overfitting, costs and sizing.
- Legal and risk — terms, jurisdiction and the full risk disclaimer.
About this organisation
The research published here is written and validated by the EasyQuant Research Team. Every guide on this site carries a visible byline and a publication date, and every strategy page publishes the window and trade count behind its numbers. If you find something that does not hold up, that is exactly the kind of email we want.
